Socks Must be worn, Jewerelly Removed or Taped, Long Hair Tied Back.
All instructions from coaches must be adhered to.
Somersaults are not allowed for those who have not been progessed via Highly Sprung Trampolining Club and its coaches.
Parking is chargeable and unfortunately due to us been an external club non refundable.
Its advised a drink is brought in a sports bottle.
Parents /Guardians can watch from the balcony but are not permitted to stay in the hall.
